Troy’s voice is the right combination of rich timber and smooth delivery. He communicates every liner, sweeper and call with true passion – which is why radio stations use Troy Duran to get close to their listeners.
“I’ve been a radio junkie ever since I was a kid, announcing between the songs on my Kiss albums,” states Troy, who worked as Production Director in radio for nearly 20 years before moving exclusively to voice work. “I love to voice radio stations, because I get to be a part of the battle in numerous markets, and it’s a real honor to be the signature voice. Like the banner you carry on the field."

Seabreeze Music in the Schools Program
This local charity effort uses proceeds from The Seabreeze Jazz Festival and other WSBZ Smooth Jazz Concerts to provide funding for music scholarships, jazz band clinics, new instrument purchases, and more in our local Okaloosa and Walton County schools.
This is our way of supporting music in our local school system by bringing students face-to-face with the top talent in contemporary smooth jazz. Students at Niceville High School, Ft. Walton Beach High School, Lewis Middle School, Destin Middle School. South Walton High School, Seaside Neighborhood School, and Butler Elementary School have participated in this program in the past.
