
















This local charity effort uses proceeds from The Seabreeze Jazz Festival and other WSBZ Smooth Jazz Concerts to provide funding for music scholarships, jazz band clinics, new instrument purchases, and more in our local Okaloosa and Walton County schools.
This is our way of supporting music in our local school system by bringing students face-to-face with the top talent in contemporary smooth jazz. Students at Niceville High School, Ft. Walton Beach High School, Lewis Middle School, Destin Middle School. South Walton High School, Seaside Neighborhood School, and Butler Elementary School have participated in this program in the past.



































































































Although he started his radio career in Oklahoma, Shaun spent most of it in Los Angeles. He is no stranger to the Seabreeze as he handled the afternoon drive shift up until 2011. His reason for leaving? He was offered a lucrative contract to build an FM station in Dubai. He has come back to the Seabreeze to wake up and get you ready for your day.
There may be no bigger fan of smooth jazz music than Miranda Wilson. Her passion for the songs and artists she plays fuels every word and thought she shares with the listeners working right alongside her.
Troy Duran’s voice is heard worldwide, on rock, talk and pop stations from 2FM in Dublin, Ireland to SuperFM in Riga, Latvia! Of course you can also hear Troy stateside Coast to Coast on stations from KRXQ in Sacramento, California to Classic Rock in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.
Becky Taylor has an extensive background as an on air radio host in Denver, San Francisco, CA, Philadelphia, PA, Norfolk, VA, Des Moines, IA, Phoenix, AZ, Mobile, Al and Destin, Fl. Taylor has been nominated for a number of national radio awards, including Program Director and radio personality of the year in 2007, and is a two-time winner of the Colorado Association of Black Journalists Award (1995 & 2000).
Mark Edward Michaud was born in Presque Isle Maine. Mark Edwards (his on-air name) is bilingual and spent his high school years in Montreal, Canada. He studied at McGill University's School of Music for high school students and later studied voice and piano at the University of Maine.
Mel Devonne is a versatile character in the music scene. Whether on the radio as a DJ or producer and Remixer in different styles, Mel can look back on a long time in different cities and music scenes. His latest Remix of Desert Road’s ‘Try And Find Out’ is bringing him now to the European scene.
